Tennessee is one of the most beautiful states in the North America. It is enriched with history and natural beauty, and even with its cosmopolitan cities is one of the few places on earth that has managed to maintain a sense of peace and tranquility.
Tennessee occupies 42,144 sq miles and its capital is Nashville. It is bordered by Kentucky and Virginia to the north, North Carolina to the east, Alabama and Mississippi to the south, and Arkansas and Missouri to the west. The Great Smoky Mountains edge the eastern part of the state, while the Mississippi River is on its western boundary.
Tennessee has a moderate climate; about half of it is forested. American Indians, including Chickasaw, Cherokee, and Shawnee, inhabited the region when Spanish, French, and English explorers visited it in the 16th?17th centuries. Tennessee became the 16th U.S. state in 1796. In 1861 it seceded from the Union; the hard-fought American Civil War battles of Shiloh, Chattanooga, Stones River, and Nashville occurred there. In 1866 it was the first state readmitted to the Union. After World War II Tennessee became a pioneer of the civil rights movement. The state's economy is based on manufacturing.
Here’s why we believe there’s gold in ‘dem der’ hills
- We class this opportunity as moderate risk. Tennessee is an emerging market but unlike its Eastern European counterparts the US property market is highly regulated and safe.
- We’ve selected a location that is less than one hours drive from Virginia and the Carolinas where land prices have rocketed and availability is scarce. Coker Creek is less than half the price of its neighbouring states and guess what?the price ripple has started.
- Anticipated international direct flights to Knoxville in the next 12 months will increase tourism and boast house prices
- The real money will be made in the next 12-18 months
- Independent property advisors hold the opinion that land prices are likely to double in the next 2-3 years
- Half of Tennessee is State Park and demand for land is simply out stripping supply
- Over 1/3 of purchasers are snow birds. Floridians fed up with high taxes, expensive insurance, rising crime and unusual weather patterns have started a steady pilgrimage to Tennessee.
- If its so good are you investing? Yep were not missing out on this one.
